Speed The service operates downstream at up to 2Mbps and upstream at up to 832kbps. Always-on unmetered access and unrestricted 24 hour TCP/IP traffic. Allows you to send and receive emails 24 hours a day.
Installation Broadband requires a standard analogue phone line provided by BT. The service can be taken from any extension socket subject to the correct use of microfilters. The service is a self-install offering, allowing the customer the freedom and flexibility to source your own DSL router/modem and appropriate number of microfilters to support the installation.

Email If you choose the NAT service, mail collection is via POP3 mail boxes hosted by us on your behalf, and comes with protection against spam, phishing and virus outbreaks. Find out more
With the Non-NAT service, mail delivery is via SMTP to your mail server. You have the option of subscribing to the MailDefender service to filter your email in our network before it arrives at your mail server. In the event that your server is unavailable, we will hold any of your inbound mail for a period of several days. Any mail held by us will be forwarded once your server is available again. Email forwarding with your domain is available, for example: user@yourdomain.co.uk
